Refund policy

All sales are final

KnockKnock is a digital product that you get as soon as you pay, so we don't offer refunds. When you buy, you accept the Dodo Payments buyer terms, under which you give up the right to cancel once your license code has been delivered.

Check your Mac before you buy

Works on MacBooks with M2 or later, or M1 Pro. We can't refund a purchase made for a Mac that isn't on this list, so please check yours first.

If your code doesn't arrive

Your code appears on screen after payment and is emailed to you. If you can't find it, email akhilmn18work@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, and we'll send it again.

When a payment is refunded anyway

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for KnockKnock. It may still refund a payment under its buyer terms, for example if your license code is never delivered. Your bank can also reverse a payment if you dispute it.

What a refund does to your license code

A full refund switches your license code off on every Mac that uses it. The app finds out the next time it checks the code, which it does about once a day when it starts.

A partial refund leaves your license code working.

If you dispute the payment with your bank and the dispute is decided in your favor, your license code is switched off in the same way as a full refund.
